Someone called me a bubble of finesse at work today. It was a really strange compliment and I have absolutely no idea what it means, but I quite like it! I think it'll be remembered in our office as a classic bit of weirdness from that particular person.

What a gloriously evocative phrase ... Much nicer then some I've heard. And finesse would bubble wouldn't it. I mean you couldn't have a slurp of finesse? That just sounds wrong.
Quite surreal! I think I hit the strangeness jackpot with that one, as my colleagues couldn't top it, though we've quite a repertoire of anecdotes to draw from now!!
